Do I need a website or just a Google Business Profile?
Often both are useful, but not necessarily at the same time. A Google Business Profile can be the fastest local-discovery step. A website provides a professional home, clearer service information and room to grow. We recommend the order that best matches the current need and budget.
What does the free digital-presence check include?
It is a brief initial review of your visible Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business setup and website presence. It identifies obvious gaps and a practical next step. It does not include implementation, password or account recovery, verification appeals, technical troubleshooting or a full marketing strategy.
Can you build a custom business web app?
Yes, for a suitable and clearly scoped workflow. Custom apps are quoted separately after reviewing the records, user roles, privacy requirements, integrations and long-term support needs.
How much does setup cost?
Google Business Profile setup (Get Found) is a flat GH₵500 — the same price whether we set up a new profile or audit and fully optimise your existing one, and every Get Found setup includes the Google review QR bonus (counter cards, request-message templates and a reply guide). The Get Found + Respond Fast bundle (Google + WhatsApp + your digital business card) starts from GH₵800 — currently GH₵500 with the launch offer. The Professional Digital Office (custom domain, branded email and web presence) starts from GH₵2,500, and Business Systems Setup is a flat GH₵2,000. You receive a quotation before major work begins.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Any one-time package from GH₵1,500 upward — the SME Digital Starter Kit (GH₵1,500), Business Systems Setup (GH₵2,000) and the Professional Digital Office (from GH₵2,500) — can be spread over 2–3 Mobile Money installments: either 60% to begin and 40% before handover, or three equal payments by agreement. You receive a receipt for every payment, and final handover follows the last cleared payment.
Do you work outside Accra?
Google profile work, websites, business email, automation and suitable systems can be delivered remotely. Physical visits and device work remain Accra-first and are considered elsewhere by arrangement.
What is included in monthly support?
Only the activities listed in the monthly agreement—for example approved profile updates, review replies, posts, minor website edits and one report. It is not unlimited support, advertising spend or a guarantee of rankings or sales.
