BUSINESS IT SUPPORT

Practical IT support for small teams that need to keep working.

Get defined technology health checks, office setup and monthly support without creating an open-ended or unclear IT arrangement.

SUPPORT WITH CLEAR LIMITS

Technology help without hiring a full-time IT officer.

Small businesses rely on laptops, email, internet, printers, shared files and backups, but may not need a permanent IT employee. E Light Business IT Support provides a practical starting point with agreed devices, hours, visits and exclusions.

The goal is to reduce preventable disruption, improve everyday setup and give the owner a clearer picture of what needs attention now and what can be planned later.

Starter IT Care is designed for very small operations with one or two devices. Businesses needing on-site attention, more devices or faster response should begin with Basic or Standard IT Care. On-site visits can be requested separately at standard call-out rates.

Remote time is tracked against the monthly allowance and unused time does not roll over. On-site time, transport, after-hours work, projects, hardware, parts and licences are excluded unless the plan or quotation states otherwise.

WHEN THE OBSTACLE IS A DECISION

When the obstacle is a decision, not a system.

Some of what limits a small business is not technical. If the constraint is a decision, a pattern or a postponed conversation, our coaching practice works with owners directly and confidentially. See the Founder Clarity Intensive.
